When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?

it would be appropriate to use the ban command when say player X is hacking that would be a straight away PERMA-BAN nothing else to it and the only other time the BAN command would be used is if someone is mass disrespecting / trolling / being racist or basically breaking rules way too often

Why I should be promoted ???

i think i should be promoted because i feel like i am ready to take it to the next step i know i was demoted for abuse in the past and i know that will never go off my "record" but i just want that to go to the past and focus on the present. know and follow ALL rules and i am usually very active ( i wasnt active last week because i was on holiday in spain )

You said you were on a holiday so i didnt have that much activity, so i would say wait 1 more week before applying and let your real activity show, so for now -Support
