Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
RDM stands for Random Death Match or Random Death Matching, which means pretty much how it sounds like, well kinda, it's when a player attempts to shoot/damage/harm or kill another player(s) without a good RP(Roleplay) reason behind it. A few examples of this would be; Some one looks into your base from outside without trespassing and you shoot him down because he was pointing at your base.;Sniping/Killing players as a Hitman, but those players didn't have Hits/Bounties placed on them.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR stands for New Life Rule, meaning that every time you die in a valid RP situation you must forget your past life and can only go back to the place you died or close to it after a timer of 3 minutes, if you were to go by the player that killed you, you have to make it look like he didn't and ignore him like you never knew him, if he does end up shooting the player with the Active NLR because he saw him on the streets 1/2 minutes after the kill he will be the one breaking a rule.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Meta-Gaming is when a player gives out or attempts to get any information from IC to OOC or the other way around that would only be available if he's watching or witnessed something, giving info like someones base on OOC after going away from it so others get the info and use it is meta-gaming because players are reading it through Out Of Character and not in a RP situation. An example of metagaming would be if you ran into a base and saw a lot of illegal stuff and you want to take the base down but you can't do it alone, instead of going around IC and try to get a group to raid it or your friend you give out the information about it on OOC.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would ask Player X for proof of player y RDMing him, if none is given I would not take any action, If proof is given I would warn Player Y for RDMing.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
If player x can give me proof of player y breaking nlr then i would warn player y however if there is no proof i will not warn any player and tell player x to acquire proof next time by using either the camera tool, screenshots or video footage

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.
I would teleport to the banker and explain to him that OOC chat is and out of character chat and he therefore cannot talk about in game situations as what he is doing is breaking the metagaming rule, i would then warn the player for breaking the metagaming rule.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I believe you should choose me to be a moderator as i believe i can fit in well in this community and have an extremely good understanding of the Garry's mod darkrp rules and will give the appropriate punishment for anyone that breaks them. I am determined to stick to my role as a trial moderator.I am skilled in enforcing rules on servers and i believe i will be a great addition to the staff at ZARP, i know i am the correct applicant you should pick and i know you will not be disappointed in me if you choose me to be your next moderator. I can offer to this community all of my skills and knowledge in darkrp that i have gathered throughout the years, i can offer my time and energy into enforcing rules against rule breakers and i can offer my friendship to all the players of basewars. I will interact with the players in a friendly way and will not disrespect them. I will interact with the player in-game and on the forums and can offer my skill of being a team player and a people person and i can work extremely well in a community such as ZARP.

ADDITIONAL POINT - I would like to make an extra point, on my game tracker profile it states i have last been seen on the server in December, this isn't true as i play at least 3 days a week, the reason it may say this is that in December i changed my steam profile name

The application looks presentable with a few professional aspects, you have made it seem nice to the eye and when you read it - WOW - your content is outstanding it like you have been writing a novel about applying for moderator.
Your "Situation" and "Explain how you would handle ..." Are impeccable , i can't see any floor in them.
