What would you do if you saw a player using Client Side Modification [I.e Hacking] which has not already been picked up by the Anti-Cheat?:
I would first attempt to TP them up to a roof top, have a conversation and if proof was found of Client Side Modification was found then I would warn them once. If the problem persisted- I would then have to ban them, after I had called an admin to make sure that is what should be done. If they had hacked away from a TP then I would be forced to call an admin and then ban them subsequently.

A player accuses another of using a form of Client Side Modification [I.e Hacking] although you do not have any proof regarding the situation, what do you do?:
I would make sure that the player that had reported the hack did not have any proof (I.E screenshots, or recordings), then I would summon an admin if necessary (Probably wouldn't be) after that I would warn/ban the offender. If lots more reports came in of the same player I would have to ban/warn the player again, if a third time occurred, an admin would be summoned - so the culprit could either be permanently banned or kicked.

What would you do if a player was spamming in-game using their microphone and/or in chat?:
If a player was doing the aforementioned, I would firstly summon them up to a rooftop away from other players, try to have a civil conversation with him, if he did not comply then I would mute him and then warn him for 'mic spam'. If he did follow what I was saying, then I would either give him a chance and let him go (if the mic spam had not been rude or offensive to other players on the server) or I would warn/ban him.

Why should you be chosen for ZARP (DarkRp) staff:
I believe that I should be chosen to moderate/admin on the ZARP staffing team due to the fact that I would be fair and not constantly ban/kick people, I would also play and mod for long periods of time on the servers therefore less staff would be needed and more people could play the game. Another reason why I believe I would be a good candidate is the fact that I enjoy working with, and talking to people which would be useful for this position as it involves a lot of communication. I am fair, consistent and would comply with all of the moderator/admin requirements.
