rdm is were someone kills someone for no reason

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
nlr is were you forget evrythink in you past death

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
metagaming is were you talk over steam and skype or occ saying were you ar and telling them what to do

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
i would warn player y for rdm

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
i would ask for evidens of the nlr

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
i would warn player x for meta gaming

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words). i like to play gmod alot and i am a nice guy and frendly to players and wont leve a sitivation if i get mad i try my hardest and i can be on the server all day well i am always on the server

3. I would recommend adding a lot more to the "why I should be chosen" section.

Now, another thing is that you were warned recently, which isn't very good when applying as moderator.
