When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
The obvious one would be if I know someone is clearly hacking. Another appropriate time would be if a player is not listening to staff orders, this would meaning anywhere from having an inappropriate username and has been asked to change it to pornographic/racism sprays. If a player was disrespecting another player and has been muted/gagged but kept going on, there would be consequences involved. As goes with avoiding mutes and gags (Rejoining to remove the command). Last but not least if the player constantly broke rules (This meaning in one sitting) and just trolled not thinking about the experience for the other players.

Why I should be promoted:
This was an interesting turn of events after the outcome of last Deathrun's meeting. Where should I begin? Let's get the deny reason out of the way firstly.

-When I read this, I couldn't help but laugh. People say, when you get denied and get a valid reason to improve on, that you should improve on. But to me, I don't see any need for improvement for this type of reason.

Who was the comedian that came up with this reason. There had to be one person to make me fall behind. Either it was payback, a grudge or simply hatred. I can limit people to who could have said this during the meeting, but the good old NDA blocks my precious path. "Trust" is a strong word. You can "distrust" or "trust" me in any way possible. I, as of now, have 10 months of experience from Moderator to Administrator to Super-Administrator to which you can tell by my blue name, Forum Section Moderator. You can by any means just say "distrust" and everything falls like a jigsaw. In all those days, I have never received complaints nor abusive reports. So please do tell me how some of the staff members whom I don't trust myself don't trust me if I've been longer than them (Excluding RandomDude and Head-Admins) and done a better job than them.

So wait, should I start lying in my application? Please do state the wrongly put reasons in my previous application which do not help the server altogether.

This is telling you that I am very much trusted with powers, never abused and have always helped those in need of help. So the reason you gave me was completely the opposite in fact. You basically told me not to help the server.

Now here's the fun part. I heard that I should remove some of my reasons to why should I be chosen as admin from the denied reason above. You know what I actually think? Bollocks.


Note, that the server isn't always about the players. The server is anything about the server. What I said in those quotes are true and are about helping the server being stable. Yes, some staff members don't all the rules and yes they do break them from time to time. They even get talks from the higher levels.


Quite explanatory and still is about helping the server. The meetings are a big point of helping the server as it can make a big difference.

Moral of that denied reason is the server includes everything about the server.

Well now that I cleared up that ridiculous made reason, let's start. Shall we?
Let's begin with my resignation reasons.

Resignation Number 1 - Time being as Administrator


Resignation Number 2 - Time being as Moderator which didn't really care about being promoted


I am trusted, ironically as you're just sprouting bad reasons to get me nowhere. Any reason would do to make me denied once again. I have seen the way staff take action in Deathrun and sometimes do it wrong. I have helped many on my journey and gained the trust (That word has literally been stuck in my head) of the community. I know how to deal with situations and I know how the commands work. The ban system is easy for me to handle. Like I said before, I want to lift Deathrun back from it's knees when there was respect and loyalty back then.

I enjoyed making this application, a rare treat indeed.

As Walrus said: The reasons with this denial did not seem like they belonged.I do not possibly see how walrus needs to gain trust.
He is a staff member who has been with us for a long long time and currently a TTT Super Admin, Section mod and good friend.
Walrus is trusted with Super Administrator powers on TTT so I do not see how he is not able to be trusted with admin powers on deathrun.

I am not sure the reasoning behind the denial but it is certainly beyond me.

I feel like you HAVE gained trust that's my opinion of course but I feel like you can do good on DR You obviously took time to make this application +Support from me bud.

-Walrus is trustworthy as you know since he was trusted with his super administrator rank on ttt, bhop rank and section mod rank.
-Its quite obvious that he's probably not only applying for the specific reasons he has stated, its not like him getting accepted would result in him not doing anything in game and only wanting to change something regarding the meetings.

This means that you should apply to help the server instead of doing it to make sure other staff members dont mess up, since this will put a lot of pressure on new staff members resulting in them making more mistakes.

If I was applying, I wouldn't just do it for the staff side of things. I mentioned both sides, or didn't you read? Seeing as TotallyNotOnDrugs thanked your post, I'm assuming he was the one then....Or that other chap.

You quoted the whole deny reason, yet you explained half of it.

Walrus is a trusted member of this community, and has shown this on multiple occasions.
- he had the rank before and didnt leave on bad terms, he simply just resigned.
-he is a section mod on the forums.
- Super admin on TTT.


-He is mature, and ive never seen him turning down people when they ask him for help.
-He is experienced with every command an admin has.
-He knows the rules, and has known them for a very long time.
-His gametime is good.
-Definetly the greatest amount of effort ive seen from anyone applying for DR.

Also, whats wrong with looking after the other staff while maintaining order on the server.
Afraid he might catch you doing something wrong?
Remember that anybody can look after the staff and make sure they do their jobs correctly, even a user.
I dont think he is applying just to look after other staff members.
Im sure he will make a great admin (as he did before)

I cant even find any negatives.
