Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
-I know how it feels to be a mod on zarp.i helped allot of people and answered allot of f1's.i dont know how it feels to be an admin.i hope the guys will still have respect for u and base with u when u want.sometimes they make an f1 for propblock. then i cant remove the block and have to tp the owner of that prop to ask for deleting that prop.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
-If a guy propblocks all his illegal stuff then i need to kick the owner of that stuff then i dont wants to remove that props . but when im an admin i can remove them and dont have to kick anyone

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
-First you have to know some important things about being mod.

-if u do an f1 u need to listen to both story's.never chose a side .that will be unfair.

-if you do f1's then u always need to go nearby a roof or on a roof . if you are on a room they cant kill u .

-you also can bid /tp or /say hi im here bout your f1 . how can i help you? it will be easyer to tp to a placeor to a roof and f1's will go smoother.

-If someone broke a rule then u have to warn him . when he is your friend you also have to warn him . i allready said " dont chose a side ". u can kick with his command ----> /warn [Name] [Reason]

-If someone is mass breaking rules like mass rdm or some u can kick him with this command ::::> /Kick [Name] [Reason]

-I would learn him how and when to slay people.
Slaying is mostly not necessary only in an event you are hosting with another admin. So you normally don't have to slay a person only if its needed. Mostly you just give them a warning.

-then i will learn him how to use the f1 system. its not hard to use. u can press f1 and then u dont see any space anymore to make an f1.u need to do them at yourself. if u press f1 u can see the f1's and the reasons and the names of the guys . if u handle it then u can bring him to you or you can goto him. then u just handle his f1 and then u can mark it as finished.

-The f6 system.
If you want to check someone's warns click f6. But remember its a bit buggy ATM. You need the player's steam id to see his warns. Click on "Select player" but don't choose the name. Just simply scroll down and click "search". Copy paste the steam id and you will see the date and the reason etc... You don't have to use this often. Only if someone applies on the forums to become mod or if a player asks you.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
-I would replace the ban for about 2 weeks. Because it cause server crashes etc....But i would tell them if they do it again there will be a big punishment waiting. And i would thank the person that made the appeal of taking their time to make an appeal.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
-First of all i wanne say i like it to be a mod and doing F1's ETC.I made allot of friends and what i really wanne do as mod is making events . i thing f1's will go smoother and faster cuz i can noclip and pick guys up and freeze them with my psychic gun . if the f1's go faster then i have more time for other f1's and some rp. i hope u guys understand what im talking about. and tyx for reading my apply and i hope u guys will think about it!!!

To be completely honest right now, i'm sure you know that your english isn't that good, but you don't even bother going over the app and fixing spelling mistakes you've made? honestly just by reading a couple sentences i notice many.

Try to fix as much spelling mistakes as you can, even use google translate if you have to. Because i just can't read this "garbage" because i don't know what i'm reading. It has too many spelling mistakes for me to read to an extent to give a fair opinion.

And an application needs to be formal so saying u instead of you shows not as much effort, so just edit that up and put a Capital letter after fullstops, and then your application will be....

Personally I find you as an abuser.
Should be demoted not promoted.
