When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
The obvious one would be if I know someone is clearly hacking. Another appropriate time would be if a player is not listening to staff orders, this would meaning anywhere from having an inappropriate username and has been asked to change it to pornographic/racism sprays. If a player was disrespecting another player and has been muted/gagged but kept going on, there would be consequences involved. As goes with avoiding mutes and gags (Rejoining to remove the command). Last but not least if the player constantly broke rules (This meaning in one sitting) and just trolled not thinking about the experience for the other players.

Why I should be promoted
It's more of a why should I be chosen, but anyways. I'm a super-admin on TTT and moderator on the forums and bhop as you know. I've never abused my powers and have always been helpful to those that need it. I've been admin and moderator on the deathrun servers before. I wasn't demoted under any circumstances, it was me resigning about reasons which by the looks of have somewhat went away. I'll just show you a brief summary of them two resignations;

1. This was mostly because I didn't trust most of the DR Staff team and they had no respect whatsoever. A big figure that was involved was AlmostLost, which is now community banned. That and at the time I was TTT moderator and my dedication to deathrun crept more into TTT.

2. Mainly my activity was doing badly and still had a grudge against AlmostLost which I tried to hide it. I think that was it.

Another point I want to make, is that I've seen moderators breaking very simple rules such as Trap-Stealing and to my dismay, I've no videos or screenshots of this happening so you can either distrust me (Logical way of thinking) or trust me to some extent. Some staff members don't even know some of the rules.
A big point for me "returning" to Deathrun is the meetings. I can't wait to see how everyone votes for a person that either turned out to be a hacker, rule-breaker etc. All I'm trying to do is bring Deathrun back up from it's knees, it doesn't seem like that to you, but to my perspective it looks like another Adam Sandler comedy. Please do proclaim some flaws in my application and I'll happily either accept your suggestion or counter it if it seems wrong to me.

You are a mature and friendly person.
You know the rules perfectly and you have no problems making others follow them.
Besides that this is probably the best app ive seen.
