How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
I would give him at max 3 warning and then tell him if you does it again and again the i would give him 3 more warings and so on until it get over the top and i would call admin or superadmin to kick him for consitant misbehavior, and if he does not listen after then ask admin and super admin to kick him again. if he join and does it again then kick one more time after that if it happens more then once i would call super admin or admin to deal with him (probably a ban).

I would like to be an admin on this server becuase i love this server to bits and i hate it when people mic spam or spam in any why and i also hate when people exploit the map (that one pisses me off sorry for using bad languege). Im a trust worthy player who is normally playing. I will help the community. i want it to be a nice place for all the respectful gamers. The resaon you would like to chosse me is because i would make sure that all the people in the server follow the rules, and make sure that i am also not breaking the rules. I would worn the spamers, then a gag or kick(if constant) and any one how misbehaves. My personality, i'm kind (mostly, if you don't piss me off) i like any type of music pop, jazz and rock or dubstep or classicle and etc. I like to make new friends all the time . My hobbies are playing some video games like gmod, CS-GO and any other FPS (Zarps server for the win), my other hobbies going to the gym. and to finish this of i like to mainly haveing fun . But the most about me is that i love everthing so yeah.

Walrus sums it it quite nicely but you applied a couple of months ago and you were staff on another server at the time so if that is still so, you will be denied. Also this is your server one gametracker link and yeah your server two is nonexistent as far as i can tell which is not positive either.
