Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

My time as a Mod has really shown me how to act, and how to deal with situations, that will benefit me becoming admin.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

A player got on, was screaming saying he was speed hacking, which he was. I had to get an Admin on to deal with him.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello user, congratulations on your position! If you need any help on anything power related, please feel free to add me on steam and ask anything! You dont need to know too much as a Moderator. The only command you really need to know is !bring (player). This will bring a player that is stuck to your position. I hope that you enjoy your time as a Moderator, and again congratulations! Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello user, I see that this is your first ban, and I am willing to lower your ban to 2 weeks. I suggest you read the rules and to never cheat ever again.

Why I should be promoted:

I am always on BHOP. I love to play and help all the new players. As a Mod you are very limited to powers. I feel having admin will help me help the server immensely. I am very dedicated and very mature in this commmunity. I think I help people to my greatest ability. Its very fun hanging out with everyone and talking to you all. With more powers I think I could help make the server even more fun for the community. Thanks everyone!
