I have played over 2000~ hours on garry's mod! I've had multiple steam accounts where I owned Garry's Mod! Most of these hours were played in RP servers!
Languages I speak: English, Dutch, Spanish and a tidy bit of korean!

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I have learned a lot during the time I have been a mod, I think my learning phase has a mod has ended and I think I willl have to move or with a higher rank to keep on learning more

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

Nearly all the situations I have been in was with one of the sides lying. These situations were 9 out of 10 times a hassle, i had to do some research on some people but eventually i was able to make a judgement based on proof due to logs and my own instinct.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Congratulations on getting Mod! We are very excited to have you on team! Before you are let out into the wild in the ZARP servers please take some time to read the following:

You are a Moderator of the ZARP community therefore you represent all of us so we advise you to always try your best on the ZARP server! So, Here a few commands you get as being Moderator:

/TP - TP yourself to the spot at which you are pointing to. But if you add a name after you tp that person to the spot e.g. /tp Jaryd
/BRING - Bring will allow you to TP a person to you! type /bring Jaryd to tp him to you.
/GOTO - /GOTO Jaryd will allow you to goto Jaryd's current location!
/KICK - Will allow you to kick a player. e.g. /kick Jaryd RDM.
/FREEZE - This will prevent any player from moving! e.g. /freeze Jaryd 60
/SLAY - This will kill a person! e.g. /slay Jaryd normal,silent,explode or rocket.

Lastly, F1! this will open a menu with a list of pending F1's. RIght click on one to either handle, goto, bring or finish! The you Can help Everyone!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would change the ban to a lower time, say about two weeks. I would talk to him on teamspeak to give him a good lesson in what he has done wrong and because it is his first ban we will give him another chance.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

Ever since I joined this server I absolutely loved it, I even put my professional gaming career on a hold to play with every loving person in this community. I joined server 2 as the first and I loved it. I am mostly active on server 2 and that's where I also would like to be a main mod of! I'm active everyday for a good +10 hours! I try to help as many people as I can as a normal player when they have abused rules! I am willing to give my full heart into improving this server and keep all the server madness as low as possible. As I could add to this, I am a respected livestreamer and treat everyone with the respect they deserve. I can't be a kid when I'm also doing my job as streamer. I hope I have informed you properly, if you want me to add anything, please let me know.
