Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match (RDM) is an action of which a person kills another without a valid reason or a Non-RP reason.
Player X kills Player Y and says 'I just do this for fun' or 'Fuck you all'

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule (NLR) is a rule which is set so when the victim dies, there will be boundaries of which prevents the player from entering the district, which is defined by its tunnels across the map for a limited time, in this case, 3 minutes.
Player X dies in a raid, he knows that he cannot return to the place for another 3 minutes and so starts roaming around the map, staying away from the two tunnels connecting to the district of his deathplace
Player Y dies in the same raid, he ignores NLR and returns to the raid to continue, he is then taken away and warned for NLR and possibly Raid Timer rule

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is an action which is made by the player using Out Of Character (OOC) chat and putting In-Game (IG) information onto OOC
Player X: /ooc Hey guys, I'm at the fountain! I just shot someone in the head!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First of all, I would try and calm down both players and sort out each one by one. Having both split up from the situation and talk to each other separately to prevent any interference from the other, but also telling the other to not get into an event of which that'll cause some issues. Then, I will make my decision onto whether which player is the true victim, depending on what they say, the evidence they pull up, and how their arguments are produced. If both members are co-operating with me, I shall be at a lighter mood and give a lenient punishment, if not, it'll be a straight warn and possibly jail time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
As some members would do, it would be a straight warn. For me, I would ask where the player had died, and give punishments depending on the co-operation and the area(death place) of the players.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would make a note on Player X for metagaming, then politely ask him to not do it again, if he does do it again, I would TP to him and talk to him why he's metagaming, the third time would result in a warning.

I have no desire of becoming a high rank, I care for others, I protect and I serve. I admit making mistakes in the past, but those mistakes made me learn, become what I've become today - and I will not give up, I will thrive and I will push myself to the very limits to achieve my dream for ZARP, I do not care what stands in my way, I will care for others, whether it's friend or foe, I want peace, not war.
I have past experience with ZARP, being that I became an admin and foolishly got demoted because of my actions through anger and such. I've been with the community for about a year, I've taken breaks, made new friends, kept in touch with a few of my friends from DR. I want what's best for the community.
