Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
-RDM or Random Death Match is when a player randomly kills another player for fun or some other non RP related reason. For example, a player on a roof with a sniper rifle just shoots at fellow players on the ground for fun, this is against the rules.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
-NLR or "New Life Rule" means when you die you are supposed to forget about your last life, and not return to the spot you die for 3 minutes. For example, someone guarding their base dies during a raid, then the player runs back to his base and tries to save his things from being stolen / destroyed.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
-Metagaming is when someone says in /ooc or /advert chat that his/her base is being raided. For example, someone has a base and its being raided, and the player rights in /OOC "Help me i am being raided in the sewers! Cops come and arrest this guy!', this is metagaming.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
- I would first get both sides of the story from the players, then ask if player x has any proof such as screenshots or video. If there is amble proof I would give player y a warning for RDM, if there is no proof i would verbally warn player y, and tell him not to do it again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
- If the console shows the kills are within 3 minutes apart, so i know he did break NLR, first before warning him I would ask him to tell the truth. If he admits to it and it is his first time breaking a rule I would let him go with a verbal warning. If not i would give him a warning and explain how there is concrete proof.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
- I would teleport to the player asking for help and explain why this is metagaming and against the rules. I would verbally warn him and if he continues to metagame or is being disrespectful, I would give him a real warning.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
- So basically I copied these situations from my last moderator application which was a year ago. Jezz, it has been a long time, over a year in the community! This shows i am committed to the ZARP community with my time alone spent here. I was staff on DarkRP once before, an admin for 8-9 months, moderator for 1 week and user for the rest of the year. I have great knowledge of the rules and would love to be back in action moderating the server and helping the players of the server with their f1s. I have been playing this week and really got back into the DarkRP game, and noticed it seems to be a little understaffed, or that the staff aren't prioritizing the F1s. Admins like tigzter have been having trouble doing F1s because they stack up and other staff members do not help. So another staff member that will do F1s added to the team is always a plus! So I really don't have anything else to say about why I am a good choice to have on the team, but I would love to get back on the staff list and start help moderate DarkRP once again. Thanks everyone for reading, any feedback is welcome!

- Recent warning that was a misunderstanding, but still broke a rule and got warned for it, my bad

First off I do like the fact that you have said that you have been warned, respect

Good Points

-Not played on server 2 ( But if you play a little more im ok with that:)
-Did have the warning but you have brought that up which is good and honest

Advice
Play on server 2 as it is important to have some gametime on both servers. Try and not to get warned is this is a very bad indication if you are applying for staff position.

I think that by understanding your recent warning and acknowledging that you have done wrong ,

Its not realy important to play on the other server but in some cases people get demoted denied for it. So I guess life is fair.
