Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

I have learned many things about being DarkRP staff including Commands, How to handle hard and easy situations and many other things. I think this knowledge will contribute to me becoming admin because I have learned almost everything about being Moderator and I feel like I'm ready for upgrade.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

Defiant users were a great obstacle sometimes, I had groups of users which completely ignored me whenever I tried to talk to them, it required great efforts of freezing all of them and such which were fine by me.
It was an obstacle not because they ignored me in the beginning, but because they were acting like trolls towards me.
They kept trolling me by for example saying "what? what? i do nothing wrong!" those type of things, when I clearly knew they were intelligent people. I worked around this by giving them a warning each time they acted in a way to troll me. Which of course they did not like, but in the end they calmed sown and apologised and it was fixed before I had to take More action.


If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Congratulations on getting Mod! We are very excited to have you on team! Before you are let out into the wild in the ZARP servers please take some time to read the following:

You are a Moderator of the ZARP community therefore you represent all of us so we advise you to always try your best on the ZARP server! So, Here a few commands you get as being Moderator:

/TP - TP yourself to the spot at which you are pointing to. But if you add a name after you tp that person to the spot e.g. /tp CactusJack
/BRING - Bring will allow you to TP a person to you! type /bring CactusJack to tp him to you.
/GOTO - /GOTO CactusJack will allow you to goto CactusJacks current location!
/KICK - Will allow you to kick a player. e.g. /kick CactusJack NLR.
/FREEZE - This will prevent any player from moving! e.g. /freeze CactusJack 60
/SLAY - This will kill a person! e.g. /slay CactusJack360 normal,silent,explode or rocket.

Lastly, F1! this will open a menu with a list of pending F1's. RIght click on one to either handle, goto, bring or finish! The you Can help Everyone!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would check who banned him/her and see what there story is if for instantce the member of staff said he Prop Spammed and crashed the server I would then check the date of the ban then see if the person is eligible for and unban. If this Person Propspamed but the server did not crash I would then decrease his ban time to 2 weeks and I would tell him that if he break this rule again I will permanently ban him and I would not accept his apology there onwards.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

have made a lot of effort to make server better place, I have spent a lot of time on the server(4 hours average every day) I have learned a lot about being DarkRP staff, I'm always calm and friendly in every possible situation even when someone is very disrespectful to me, I really like helping people and I would love to get more powers to be able to ban the mass rule breakers , as I always have to ask admin to help me with this situation, I'm also willing to spend more time on the server and help more players in the future, I have never abused my powers and I'm never going to abuse them. I'm always trying to be professional in F1 situation and outside of F1 situation. I really love Zarpgaming community and I will love to become staff on the other servers, Thank you for reading my application.

CactusJack was providing one of the most professional supports from all F1s that I made. I really appreciated his behaviour during them. He is very active and he deserve a promotion.

I am not sure what the results were of this, but it is less than 2 weeks ago so I feel that if it was accepted or if you had gotte talked to I think it should be a negative here.
