Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random DeathMatching is described as killing another player randomly without a valid reason likea hit or raid or if the person who claimed rdm shot first (with evidence to prove).
Example:You get shot while trading with someone and they hadn't shot them.


Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
The new life rule is described to be when you die or someone kills you. If you return back to that place without the NLR timer being over (after 2:30 minutes) then that is classed as NLR. You can go around the map but not allowed in the same district that you were killed in. However, If it's at spawn it doesn't apply's. NLR timer still stands if you have been rdmed.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Meta Gaming is one rule which every new player may not understand. It's essentially if you speak about the game or about your Roleplay character 'IN CHARACTER; that is fine, but if you continue the conversation 'OUT OF CHARACTER' (OOC) then you are metagaming. New players should be reminded that they should use /advert to speak their IN CHARACTER opinions and use /OOC when discussing terms like RDM or NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: PLAYER x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Firstly, I would check the logs to see if player x was telling the truth about been killed by player y. By this, I would ask player why he had rdm I'd say to Player y ," why did you kill Player x?". If there was a valid reason for Player Y to kill Player x then I wouldn't be putting any punishment against him. However, for Player x I would advise him to read the rules so that he can prevent this happening in the future. If Player Y actually RDMED Player x, I would put a punishment against Player Y of a warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty CLOSE together in console (within a few lines) at a peak time.
I'd gather the logs in the console to see what time Player X thinks that Player Y broke NLR. I'd check the times between and if they close (inside the 2:30 minutes). Then I would issue a warning to Player Y. However, if the kills were outside of the 2:30 Minutes limit then I would inform player x of the rules so he is clear for next time and let Player Y go. If there was no evidence to prove that player y had in fact broken NLR, I would let them both off and watch Player Y for around 10 minutes to make sure that he isn't truly breaking NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:PLAYER x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would warn Player X firstly for calling help while using OOC. This is against the rules and is called MetaGaming. I would also explain player x the rules so he is clear for the future. I would go to the Bank and watch to see if there was anyone attacking the raiders or breaking any other rules like RDA etc. If so , I would ask them for a reason for breaking the rules. If not, then I shall warn them for MG and explain them the rules.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words):
I think I should be chosen because i am mature and can handle situations by giving people the correct help and support as far as warnings, bans and general help like in-game problems e.g. something not working or with help with the rules. I spend a lot of my time playing Zarp and I have especially got to know the community on server 2. I am very friendly with some of the admins and mods and I think I have been influenced by how the have dealt with situations in the past. This is a great server and I would like to give the server something back and be able to give something back to the community itself. If I was giving the role of mod I wouldn't discriminate or by biased towards any member of the server. I would take my role seriously and make sure that i give the correct punishment. In addition, I think that I am starting to become a lot more active on the forums. I am also starting to appear on the TeamSpeak server meaning I could join all meetings. I would also like to help organise TDM events and other events to keep the community involved and enjoying themselves even more than they already are. I applied previously to this and i was told to get more hours on my gametracker and get more involved in the community and I think I have fulfilled this. I know I have had recent warns but my last warn I did log as I didn't think it got you a warn and when I came back on a equipped my sniper before I had picked a job as I had forgot I dint have a job. I want to change and I think if I was given the opportunity, I would definitely prove that I have changed and can be responsible in the role. I also used the feedback about my application of last time and I have improved my application accordingly.

You can ask any Superadmin/Headadmin for your training..
