If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello you have been accepted to become a moderator. You will be trained and taught all the command manulay. An easy way to get the command is to use the Tab system. You click on the player that you want to use the commands. It is recommended to use the Tab Menu.
Couple commands are:
/goto (player) make sure that it targets the player and/or press Tab click on his name and click Goto
/tp (player) make sure it targets one player so it doesn't TP the whole server or use TAB
/bring (player) can also bring the player
/back (player) will put the player back to his last position and you can also use the TAB system
/warn (player) will give the player a warning for what they did like RDM and if the players name is difficult use their steam ID
/unwarn (player) will give you the access to unwarn the player if the warning was false or just the wrong player
/slay (player) You can Slay the player if its really necessary
If someone makes a f1 that they got randomly demoted and it was true you can unban them from their job by pressing TAB and click unban and choose their job
To kick a player just press TAB and click Kick and give a reason like if they are prop spamming

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban.

Hello I looked at you're ban appeal and I see that you are really sorry for what you did. You're ban will be lowered but you still will be banned for prop spamming and trying to crash the server. I really recommend you to take a look at the rules before anything else and getting yourself banned. Thank you

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words)
I should become an admin because i want to help out the server. These past couple of days ive been on I have seen a lot of rule breakers but most admin dont do anything. I am experienced becuase I was an admin who resigned, I know the rules and all the commands. Most of the time admins dont do f1s but if they do the priority is already over 1000 hopefully if i get admin I could change that. Im not like other admins who always side with the person who made the f1 I will hear both of their sides and go from there. I will look into the evidence and make sure that the evidence is correct before any further actions. Thank You for looking at my app

The part about the unban appeal could be improved. Since you did not add the time he is going to be banned for when you lowered it.

It's hard to agree that mods and admins aren't doing anything, last time i saw you online you were only running arounds. I don't think that why shoulw i be chosen part is valid, maybe apply for moderator?

The reason the two questions are gone is because i was told i dont need them since im not getting promoted from mod to admin im applying for admin.

Why are you saying we don't do our jobs? Some staff including me are really hardworking and we always do f1's.. I almost never rp just to make the player's rp experience better.
