RP Name: Lieutenant Matthew
Link to Steam Profile: steamcommunity.com/id/Chromeazium SteamID: STEAM_0:0:186872419 Current Gametracker Profiles All of my aliases are on the first one. Server 1 - www.gametracker.com/server_info/94.23.19...y=Lieutenant+Matthew Server 2 -www.gametracker.com/player/Lieutenant%20.../94.23.19.200:27025/ Age: 16 Estimated Server Time: 50-70 hours as I play on various aliases that I do not remember. However I have over 2100 hours on garry's mod, spent on mainly RP servers. Languages I speak: A bit of German Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario : Random Death Match is the act of shooting a player for something that is not listed as a reason to kill them. Example : If a player gets a gun, walks out of the shop and sees a person building their base, they are not allowed to raid or shoot them, however if they begin to shoot this player or they kill this player this is random death match. Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario : New Life Rule is the action of dying in an roleplay scenario and coming back within the three minute cooldown period or interacting with the player that was involved with the scenario in a way that is as if you did not die and that you remember the scenario that has just occurred. Example : You are raiding a player's base and he kills you. You return to his base within three minutes and begin to join your fellow player's in a raid against him, disregarding the cool-down. Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario : Metagaming in the act of bringing OOC information and applying it into a IC scenario Example : Player 1: (OOC): where is ur base (Player 2) Player 2 : (OOC) it is at the old pd (Player 1) Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I would bring player x and y to an admin sit, I would ask player x to let me talk to player y and so I would ask him what exactly happened in this situation and why he killed player x. I would , after receiving player y's side of the story, ask player x his side of the story and ask player x if he has any evidence of this event. If it is clear that this is an RDM after discerning what exactly happened I would give player y a warning for Random Death Match and return them to their previous positions. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would first ask player y if he done this, if he says no, I would ask him his side of the story and see if it matches the logs, I would then ask player x his die of the story and ask if he has any evidence, if he does have evidence then it is a warning, if he does not then I will see how close together the kills were and ask where the kills took place, if this dictates that this in fact was an NLR then he would receive a formal warning. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided I would tell him that he is not allowed to do this as it is metagaming, it would be a verbal warning first but if it is repeated it will be a formal warning as a punishment. Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words). I believe that I can contribute a huge amount to ZARP. It has come to my attention that when I am on there is a lack of staff in proportion to the amount of players. This is, as I have experienced, very inconvenient when rule breaking does occur it can result in rule-breakers getting away with such acts due to a prolonged admin response, I am an experienced staff member when it comes to RP as I have over 2100 hours on Garry's Mod, most of which spent on Serious RolePlay Servers, with my experience from these servers and a vast amount of time in DarkRP I can combine this to make an excellent moderator who above all wants the best for the community and the players who would like to play without having to deal with various malicious players who intend to disrupt the gameplay of those who are contributing to the ZARP community. I will act as a firm however fair moderator that will respect each and every player regardless of previous convictions of rule breaking as I will never hold a grudge against them. I hope that you consider my application and I will enjoy the rest of my time on ZARP regardless of my position on the staff team. |

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.
Unfortunately as more staff members voted 'no' than 'yes', the application has been denied. The meeting host has taken some criticisms made by the admins and provided you with this feedback: Recent Warnings You are welcome to apply again at any point. |
