Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

My time on Zarp as moderator has been amazing, I have met so many people and made some new friends. I have read through the rules multiple times thoroughly this past week. I learned how players play and act in this community, I know who to watch and who to thank.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

One situation was when a player kept rdming and rejoining. I had to get redpowder to come on and ban the player, if I had ban it would've been much faster and less of a pain for the other players.

If you had to write a Myspace post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Hello (insert name here, example, "muffin") congratulations on getting Zarp SSRP Moderator! We welcome you to the team and are very happy to have you! Today I am going to do a quick rundown of the powers you get during mod!

First will be the teleporting commands:

"/tp (player)" This teleports the player to the direction you are aiming.
"/bring (player)" This brings the player to you, you can also use this "/bring (player) (player2)" to teleport two user together.
"/goto (player)" This teleports you to the player.
"/back (player) (location)" You can either teleport the player back to their last location or the spawn.

Next is the punishment commands:

"/freeze (player) (time)" This command freezes the player where he stands for the time you set.
"/kick (player) (reason)" This commands kicks the player from the server.
"/unbanjob (player) (job)" Use this if a player was wrongfully demoted.
"/slay (player) (type)" This slays the player.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?:

Hello user, I see that this is your first ban, and I am willing to lower your ban to 2 weeks. I suggest you read the rules and to not repeat the prop spam ever again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):

I feel as if I benefit the server being a staff member. I have had so much fun this past week hanging out with everyone and catching rule breakers. I handle situations very maturely never getting heated or letting the other player try and undermine me. I have a lot of experience when it comes to higher powers that come with Admin. I have been doing countless f1s alongside my fellow staff members, but I think with the greater powers I could help the server even more by catching more rulebreakers and helping new players faster. Thanks for this opportunity guys, I am seriously having a great time hanging out with all of y'all.

You can ask any Superadmin/Headadmin for your training..
