Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
During my time as moderator i got to know how to handle all kinds of situations. I haven't been moderator for a long time i honestly think i am ready for the admin rank because of the number of situations i have solved both F1's and in RP. I have already attended to a meeting which i liked and i felt i did my part there even though i were at a LAN with 700 other people and a lot of noise. I believe i am ready to become administrator because of my moderator experience on Zarp and my other experiences as Staff in other games/servers, i am fully aware of the responsibilities of this rank and i feel like i am ready

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There were a few situations i felt were difficult as moderator. And one of them happened my first day as moderator. I tped to a F1 where player X report player Y for RDM then player H and player G comes to the area and throws grenades into the crowd. I spot them before they get to throw all of their grenades but before i can freeze them, they have already killed me and around 10 people around me then after this they left the server. Because of this a lot of people lost their weapons and my F1 got slowed down because i weren't able to act fast enough with the /freeze command. If it were a admin dealing with this he would have grabbed them with the physgun and the situation would have been under control before they killed so many people.

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello <Name> Welcome to the ZARP SSRP Staff Team!
I thought to myself that i would explain the commands and tool all moderators have to make it easier for you on duty! Okay lets get started make sure you listen carefully!

These are basic commands that allow you to deal with rulebreakers and F1s!

/tp - This teleports yourself to wherever you are aiming with the crosshairs on your screen. (i would recommend to bind this to a key in console using bind <key> "say /tp")

/goto <name> - This command takes you to the players name that you have entered, in order to speak to the player regarding a F1 or a RP situation etc.

/bring <name> - This command brings the targeted player to yourself, normally used to bring the player to a secluded area, to speak to them about an RP situationr.

/warn <name> - This command gives the selected player (<name>) a warning. The warning system works like this : First warning (Don't do that again) Second warnings (What did i just tell you) Third Warning (Bye bye you have been kicked from the server) Fourth warning (Alright thats enough! You got yourself a 1 hour ban from the server)

/unwarn <name> This command revokes a active warning from the targeted player! If you accidently warned somebody or warned them for a misunderstanding you can use this to remove the warning!

/back <name> - This command takes the targeted player back to their previous location prior to the teleportation towards yourself.

/freeze <name> - This command freezes the targeted player, and prevents them from running away from the situation, causing them to listen to what you have to say.

One final tool that you have access to as a moderator is the Admin Keypad Checker, this allows you to click on an Entity/Prop being used as an entrance to something, and it will tell you and show you how many keypads it is being controlled by, and where it is being controlled by.
If you click on a keypad, it tells you what Prop/Entity it corresponds with and how long it is opened for, this can lead to a Mod Situation as Fading Doors need to be open for longer than 4 seconds according to the server rules.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
My response to the appeal would be very professional i would check if the story he is telling and everything is alright. As i myself know everyone can make mistakes everyone does and everyone will. Including myself.
I would accept the appeal and lower the ban (depending on how long since the ban) Because it is a great appeal in detail and shows the apology and effort. They have already learned their lesson by not being able to play on the best server in the world

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I think i should be promoted because i enjoy doing admin work i am always doing F1's i enjoy doing them because it make the experience for other players better with less rulebreakers, I honestly do F1's all the time i have the chance to do it. I feel im online a lot and when there is no admins on and when people lagg the servers i would be there to stop them. I think i would be a great administrator because i have been recommended by other staff members to apply for this position and i will always be professional and fair in my decisions. And aswell my other experience as staff member on other servers and games and aswell moderator here on zarp would help a lot in situations in DarkRP.

You can ask any Superadmin/Headadmin for your training..
