Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

i believe feel that my time as a moderator will contribute to me becoming an admin because being a mod thought me how to deal with all f1 situations also i believe i have learnt everything to be a mod and everything possible for me to handle and have made a good role model on the sever to follow and help other users stop being rule breakers

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I have multiple situations the most common is when it really early in the morning like 2 or 3 i the morning there is mlltible mass rdmers who will even rdm me and when i try to warn them they disconnect and rejoin to avoid punishment this becomes very stressful when there is about 5-6 people doing this and about 16 f1's and because it is so late i am the only on online and i have to keep there id's and send them to an admin when it becomes a later time

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

i would reply saying Hi player x I looked at you're ban appeal and I see that you are really sorry for what you did and this is your first ban as a result i will reduce your ban to 3 days use this time to read up the rules and hope you have learned from your lesson

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Firstly i have been a mod for over 3 monthes now i belive i have the experience i need also i believe that i should be picked as i have greatly became more mature from being a mod and i think im ready for admin it will also help when im the only staff online and when people need spectating i believe i have gained more staff friend and am friendly also i am active on ts3 so i can help out other mods on there i am always doing f1's and this wiil help me do them aka spectating and banning i hope i get picked for admin.

i mean tigs when im on duty im very sensible and do no mess around and them kicks from meetings well ye i am top banter in the meetings il admit to that
plus thats ts where i talking to ppl ik and ppl ik can take my banter ( ovysly not u sinse u kicked me for putting a farmer ascent on)
also i mean thanks for the feed back but you dont even play dark rp anymore so im not rlly gona think of tis as a biggie as this is for darkrp not TS3

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.

As the number of 'yes' votes exceeded the number of 'no' votes you received, you have been Accepted..

Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any Superadmin/Headadmin for your training..

You need to attend a weekly meeting on our Teamspeak server (IP is 94.23.19.200), it would also be appreciated if you can click the banner in my signature and add me on steam so that we can manage the meetings more easily.
