How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:

I would tell them not to be disrespectful to others/me, then if this continues, I would warn them for their actions. After that, depending if they are in voice chat or just chat, They should be muted or gagged.

Why I should be chosen:

I am active more than quite a lot of people, I would make sure that no one is mean, disrespectful, racist or uses offensive language. I would also be kind to others and help them if they were in a situation that they could not handle without a moderator. When there is not mods/ admins on a deathrun server and im online, I would be happy to help and join that certain lobby.I would take situations seriously and try and keep everything under control.
