Estimated Server Time: 5-6 hours - I joined Zarp about maybe 1 and a half years ago I got admin but then they just kept getting ddos'd everyday and eventually the server never came back up :'( what a truly sad day, on there servers I had over 400+ hours

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. Random deathmatching is when someone just randomly kills another player for no rp reason whatsoever. Example I Join a server I get a gun and just start killing people Or I kill someone for being annoying or just because I want to.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
rule state's that each time you begin a new life, you lose all memories of your past life. It helps to prevent previously killed players from carrying out any "revenge" against their killer. Example:I get raided and I get killed I run back to my base and kill the raiders.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.In role-playing games, metagaming is an "out of character" action where a player's character makes use of knowledge that the player is aware of but that the character is not meant to be aware of. Metagaming while taking part in relatively competitive games, or those with a more serious tone, is typically not well received. Example I get raided and killed and I see them while I'm dead and I type to my friend in /ooc that they're in the back and are coming in now and or say they have 4 guys with ak's camping in the back.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I would ask player y of he rdm'd player x and if he said no then I would already be more against player x for lying about it, if he said yes I would ask him why he killed player x, He then would give me his side of the story then I would ask for player x's side of the story most of the time they don't match up I would ask if they had any witnesses, If so it could help the situation out a lot easier, Then I would ask the witness what he saw if it is one of the suspect's friends I generally don't take there advice 100% because a lot of the times its 2 friends trying to get away with trouble, So if in the end he did rdm I would know because half the time you can hear it in there voice and they try make stuff up along the way and sometimes mess up there stories, also if there is damage logs I would ask where he was killed if it was near the fountain I would ask why did you kill him, he says he shot me, and the damage logs don't see any dmg dealt to him I would give him a warning, I usually go warning kick ban but if the first rule was a small rule I will go for 2 warning.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. This usually happens when people are raiding firstly I would ask him why did he come back and most of the time they will lie or just give up, but if its a killing thing I would ask why did he go back he probably would say because he shot me, check dmg logs, but if there isn't dmg logs would ask for a witness which sorts problems out easier, But in the end it really only happens in raids and you can see by the logs that the same person kill the same person withing like 1 minute at the same spot so I would give him a warning.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided I would tp over and look at the raid, if its a normal raid then I would leave it and just watch for any rulebreaking, But if its police raiding I would tell them to stop and unwant him for protecting his own bank and tell the police that they should defend the bank whenever there is a raid and they should unwant the banker if he gets wanted for killing raiders.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).I have 3 years experience of admin work on roleplaying servers,I'm pretty good at what I do,I am mature,responsible, I am a Very helpful person,I help anyone that needs help,and never give up on peoples problems until they are solved.I am very nice to players.I am also a very dependent person,confident,and encouraging person.I am on 2pm till 2-3am,i follow rules very well and know them in any situation I want to help out the Zarp Community and make it a more friendly environment. I will try my hardest to be fair with other players and the issues they are having with other players. My plan to help keep the server clean from people breaking the rules is to warn around 2 times just in case they didn't understand the 1st time, then a kick if they do not listen, then a ban if they continue to break the rules. Please take to consideration that I will be working my hardest to be an mod and will respect the title if given to me.
