How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would ask him to stop disrespecting the staff or player. If he doesn't stop then I would use the gag command or use the mute command and mute him for the remainder of the map and give him a warn. If he continues to disrespect I will kick him with the kick command.

Why I should be chosen: I believe I should be chosen as mod because I have experience on other servers as mod but they have shutdown due to insufficient funds so I had to go to another deathrun server. I know all the rules like trapspam, trapsteal, map abuse and many more.I feel like there where many points when I could of helped but i couldn't. I believe if I am a moderator I could make the servers a better place. Because I know Spanish I will be able to know when someone is disrespecting.
