Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
if a player does something to ruin another players experience and then leaves before punishment is given to them then this is an appropriate scenario to use the bann command E.G: Player A walks into a room where Player Z is residing, Player A then decides to shoot Player Z for no reason at all, Player A has just committed RDM so Player Z reports Player A for RDM,a ADMIN takes a look at Player Z’s side of the report and decides to force Player A to answer to the report. Player A answers to the report using inappropriate/hurtful/racist language. The ADMIN then decides to warn Player A for RDM + PLAYER DISRESPECT. but before the ADMIN can do this Player A leaves the server, to avoid punishment, the ADMIN then decides to use the ban command to ban Player A for RDM+DISRESPECT+LEAVE.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
First i would check to see if the player in question has any record of being ban from other servers for cheating.if i find that the player has been banned off of multiple other servers for cheating then i would deny the un-ban request and i would let the player know why i denied it, however if i found out that the player had never been banned from another server for cheating and that they usually have a friendly attitude towards other players then i would consider un-banning them,but before i do i would have to talk with the admin that banned the player to see what type of cheats the player used,how much they affected the game by using these cheats. After talking about why the player was banned i would share the infomation i have found on the player with the admin responsible for banning the player and then i would ask for the admin to give his opinion on whether they think the player should be unbanned.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
i like the zarp TTT server alot and i am online almost everyday. im happy that i have been able to help stop people from ruining other peoples experience on the server as a mod,but there is only so much a mod can do to stop people from ruining the game for others and sometimes this means that if a player needs banning for something such as “RDM+LEAVE” and there is no admin online for me to get in contact with the player often gets away without any punishment, this is why i would like to be promoted so that i can stop things like this from happening when i am online.

Firstly I would like to say reece that your admin application looks nice and you have given detailed answers for all questions. Secondly looking at your activity it shows that you're dedicated to Zarp what is good but, can you please edited that first GT link because it links to the bhop server. Now going onto how you are ingame, firstly you're friendly to everyone who joins the server and you know how to handle a situation. so I think you deserve to be promoted to Admin.

Activity is great, friendly and mature when he has to be.
The only bad point you had was your rule knowledge, you sometimes made some bad decisions by interpreting the rules wrongly, but last weeks you've improved this drastically, therefore i can't do anything but supporting your application, good luck
