Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR is if a person comes back to the same district he died in, you cant come back to that district for 3 minutes.

If for example player x accuses player y of breaking nlr and the logs say that the player x killed player y but player y killed player x after within 3 minutes player y has broken NLR. Because you forget everything of your previous life

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is if a person talks to another person or like calling for help in OOC where everyone can hear them.

If for example someone says in OOC (name person) come to the banker i have the money. Or if someone says in OOC come to me i have the best guns in town, because these kinds of adverts should be placed in advert. And if for example says come help me raid the PD

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

since there is no proof of player x shooting player y first or any other scenarios where player y has the right to kill player x, none of them should get a warning and let them go.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

there is very clear evidence that player y broke NLR because player x killed player y twice or player x killed player y and player y revenged RDMed him within 3 minutes, player y should be warned

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would give him a verbal warning because he is Metagaming and if he Metagames again i would give him a warning

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words)

I think I should be chosen because I have been playing for a while on Zarp and I have really enjoyed it. So I thought maybe it would be a good time to make a moderator application. I read MOTD from time to time to make sure I know the rules. I have been inactive for a while tough because of exams and a lot of trying to speak German, (I hate learning German). I enjoy fixing others problems like telling people theyre base is illegal or statisfying people by solving their problems. I hope that when I am moderator people will like me solving their F1s and problems and making other people happy. I know this was a little short but I'm not that good at writing stories.
