If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Hello < New staff members name>, congratulations on getting accepted to moderate the Zarp Deathrun servers ! My name is ChubbyFruit, I will be training you and introducing you to all the commands and common things you need to know about. First off you might want to bind the ulx menu to a key you wish to use it on, once you know the key enter this command in the console and fill in the key which you want to use: bind "<key>" "ulx menu", you need to include the "" symbols. Now you can open the menu by pressing the key. Next you want to bind !warn -menu for a key, execute the following command in the console: bind "<key>" "say !warn". Now you can use this bind to open up the warn -menu with which you can give warnings to players who break the rules. When using any ulx command or warning people by using chat, never use spaces in the players username, because everything after the first space will be included in the reason of the warning, this is a common mistake for new staff members, but you learn by any possible mistakes, so don't worry. Now open up the ulx menu and take a look into the interface and the commands. You use this menu to use all the commands, expect you will warn players in the !warn menu. I will now shortly explain you the commands ( At this time I will introduce the new moderator to the commands and tell him what they do, but I'm not going to include explaining them here, because it would take way too much space ). Why I should be promoted: I want to start off by saying I started playing on Zarp Deathrun servers on july 2014. It's been 7 months now, I had a break from Zarp, but I've been here for a seriously long time. I love this community, the people in it and all the servers we have. It's been amazing to see what this place has grown into at the time I've been in here. I have been staff for about 5 months, I have never gotten demoted, I have never abused my commands, and I always treat the other fellow staff members and other users with respect and equality. I currently have about 400 hours combined on the Deathrun servers with all the names I have used. I have never ''lost my cool'' even if sometimes someone get's on my nerve. I can handle ANY situation on the server with no problems, and I have worked under some serious pressure while administrating the Deathrun servers. I know myself I'm ready for the Super-Admin promotion, and I hope that during my time in this awesome community I have made an impact to other staff and users so that you too are ready to give me this chance to work even more with Zarp. I am already a bunnyhop Super-Admin, so this won't be a huge change for me concerning the commands. PS. Dont judge me based on my gametime at the latest week, I had a test week which was really tough and I really couldn't play, I tried my best to stay on the servers but 6 tests in a week is not playing around.

I saw you sometimes and you are a great admin. Your app is big, which is good and thats what you have to do to make an SA app. I want to say that your app is briliant. I want to say a big +SUPPORT for you. You are a nice guy and i hope u will still be it.
