How would you deal with a disrespectful player? I tell him to stop and if he doesn't stop i mute him and i warn him, if when the mute is over he doesn't stop i warn him another time and mute and at the third warn he will be kicked. If is voice disrespect i gag him.

Why I should be chosen? I really like gmod deathrun and i play everyday, i played on muffin crew but i changed to Zarp and i rly like this server. I know the mod commands and i was admin in other servers, i am no right now. I see sometimes there's no admin online and people take advantage to blame other people and to glitch, sometimes i am online when other mods or admins aren't and i can help ^^

Application is way rushed, no effort put in.
-With this much done, you don't look like a 16 to me. Age doesn't matter, but 16 year olds could do way more than this.

Gametime the past 2 days has been good. Has only stepped in the community and could spead more time get to know everybody.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
-Didn't mention gag and kick.
-Needs to expand much such as including if the player keeps on being disrespectful, contact a higher level of staff etc.

Why I should be chosen?
-Note, if you're admin on a server right now, you'll be denied or forced to resign from the other community.

-I'm not sure that u know me as much to judge my age but ok.
-I know right i didn't mention gag and kick but if a player disrespecting another player the first thing i do is warn not kick, and i mean chat disrespect not voice.
-I said i was mod, not i am.

You clearly haven't read my response properly. I said expand it more, not complain that saying one disrespectful scenario is good enough.

I was just telling you to give you a heads up about being admin on other communities, at least I took the time to read your application but not bother to read mine properly.

I am a former deathrun administrator, you don't need to act like that.

There's no trial moderator.

In 2 days, you somehow managed to gather 4 warnings, 2 for deathavoiding, 1 for offensive language and 1 for ghosting. Your application is also rushed, and you don't have that much gametime.

why should i be chosen is too short and your app is abit rushed. and u have not gag and kick. but your activity is good past 2 Days. and walrus have a Point. u dont look 16. and it dosent matter what age u are. just tell us the truth. and just so u know your gamtracker 2 isnt there. -support
