How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
First I would verbal warning him, if he does it again, I would move the bully to a spacer and explain what did he wrong, I will punish him if needed.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.

Kick client from server/channel

Server one kicks the player from the server, the channel one kicks them from the currents channel to the AFK lobby.

Ban client

Bans a person from the server, you can choose how long would it be.

Set server/channel group

Server one gives the player a badge, for an example he got accepted as moderator on SSRP, and you give him the SSRP moderator badge. Channel one is almost never used.

Permissions overview.

This command lets you see what permissions this user currently has.

Delete users avatar

This command deletes the selected users avatar.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).

I have resigned from SSRP admin due to not having time to play on SSRP, however I said that im going to be really active on TS3, I saw some rule breakers/mic spammers, but I couldn't do anyting. I am really addicted to Teamspeak and Nexize has 100% Life steal, he stole 12 hours from my life talking with him in a spacer. Thats all.

Anyway you are definitely a good choice. Never seen you break the rules and you are always friendly.
Only problem is I never hear you using mic. (Maybe just me or I might not hear your voice over the crowd)
