How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would give them a verbal warning telling them to stop or be warned and if they persist I will warn them and if they still persist I will kick them or at least gag and/or mute them

Why I should be chosen: I should be chosen because i have been playing this server a while I have a good knowledge of the rules and play allot more now than i used to also i can be very reasonable and will not give out warns without a good reason I am also trust worthy and will not abuse my powers as a mod.
