Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command. : Perhaps when a person has RDM'd and a member of staff has warned and slayed them , but before he is slain , he leaves to avoid punishment.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

If it was their first time cheating , I wouldn't have banned them permanantly , but I would have given them a 1,2 or 3 month ban , which is certainly enough for someone who is cheating . Over all I would unban them because a perma ban is too harsh for their first ban for cheating . My response to the appeal would be to apologise for permanantly banning them and would change the ban to a 1-3 month ban ( unless they had already served that time , in that case I would unban them ) .

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words) : I know it's a bit early , but I believe I have what it takes to become an admin. I'm very active ( at least 2 hours per day ) and understand the rules greatly , I haven't abused my powers since becoming a moderator and I now undertand the ulx menu and how to handle reports . My reason for wanting this promotion is that many times I would have to get another admin online to ban someone which would take less time if I were to be promoted . Plus I would love to help moderators learn the ropes :3 .
