Estimated Server Time: About 5-6 days of in-game time! And 25-40 Hours a week!

Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
Example: A guy with a racist/sexual name that offends people joins the server. We tell him to change his name and kick him, then he joins back in with an even more racist/sexual name. We kick him again and he join back with something even more racist/sexual and we ban him them.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
If it wasn't a Cheat that would ruin everything or alot else that effects other people's gameplay i would give him a second chance but i would first talk with other admins about it! But when he does it again he will be permabanned instantly and i find that reasonable. And my response to the post would be: Hello, X a.t.m. i will discuss with another admin if we should unban you i would like to give you a second chance but, i would appreciate if you would not do the cheat again because we will permaban you if it wasnt accidently!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
Why should i be promoted? Well i think i have the potential to be an Admin and could handle the job i am mostly Min. 25 Max 40 hours everyweek on the server on EU time and im also very dedicated to Zarp itself because i like all the players and staff. Yesterday i made a post about Chuteuk and DCX because i thought they were abusing there power. Later i found out this was a glitch and i now know i can't blame them for that! It may had made me rage but i should first know whats going on! I hope i will be here for a long time still so i can enjoy my new friends ive made here and the whole community itself!

You can not Apply for Admin on TTT you have to wait to be promoted by the team.

You are a good guy and you are active but with your recent warnings I would say you need more time.

"Wtf how did I die to that hole"

Nobody had identified your body and the players in-game still thought you were alive, with only a small amount of players online it then narrowed down the remaining people to reveal the T.

Yeah it was my fault the ghosting forgot to put Voice Activation off xD and i just wanted to know if i would be good for Admin or not. And Tom the warnings 3 of them were forgiven but im strict to myself. And the axe i slayed myself 1 round for it.

Owh that time xD was thinking of another 2 weeks ago. The admin chat thing was because i was confused and sometimes before i reinstalled my Computer the gmod scoreboard would fuck up. Ive adressed this a couple of times ingame but since the reinstall its fixed so that problem would not show up again. (It sometimes didnt reset after the last round of the map)
