Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

My time as being a moderator ( wich is only 1 week ) ive learned alot , during spring break i was a admin on a server with 40+ people , i learned alot , but when i became mod on this server i learned stuff i never knew , i learned to work hard , when i come home from school i check every server if theres one who needs my help , i will stay and do F1's until more staff members are online , then i have time to ( Shower , eat , etc) , being a mod learned me how to be mature , if im playing on the server , i used to be a bit retarded , wich i still am but when i am doing F1's i flip a swatch and i become mature to help the victims of possible rulebreaks


Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user)

Not long ago , i came back from eating , i find myself dead at spawn , i resawn and i see the whole dezmond gang trowing grenade's killing multiple people every second , i froze them all and waited for a higher admin to ban them , this was really anoying since those guy made the server go from 0 F1's to 6 in less then 5 seconds , this create's a lot of chaos that needs to be fixed afterwards

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

As being a mod you have acces to a lot of commands , i am now going to teach you the most important ones so you can do F1's and help benefit the server

/sslay : Silent slay , this command takes tthe suspect out without leaving anything in the chat box , so most of the other players wont notice anything

/warn : Warn a player for a rulebreak , this is the most important command , if you are handeling an F1 and someone reported a player who broke NLR or RDM'ed , .... you will have to warn the person so other staff members can see what he did wrong , this is how you can sepperate the Abusers from the good one's

/freeze : make sure a player can't move , if you see or if you get a report from a mass rdmer , don't try and talk to him , freeze the person first and then try to speak to him , otherwise multiple lives will be lost due to him , this is also usefull because when u have to do an F1 , and you tp a guy who keeps leaving the sit , you can freeze him and then speak to him

/tp (name) : this teleport's the player in front of you , or you can tp yourself to a spot , this is probably the second most used command while ur a mod , this is really usefull for F1's , however its not effective at getting you to a player while in an f1 , therefor no clip is way easyer

F1 key : this displays the logs , recently warned person's and The f1 requests , this is an easy to use log center , if you see a f1 report , you can handle the f1 then goto the player and speak to him , if the player is accusing someone for "False demote" you can go to the logs , then type in the victim or the accused person and look at the reason , the log center also shows u , when people leave , join , kill , ....

/goto : this takes you to a person , however its the only reason u have to use this is when in an F1 , but you can just acces this command in the F1menu

/bring : bring a person to u , this is not a popular command , because when u bring a person , this doesn't let u do /back to him , so the person is stuck at the place u bring him to

/back : this teleports the player back to the place he came from , after u used /tp you can use /back to bring the person where he came from in the first place , really usefull and popular

/kick : Handy for when someone is propspamming , if theres someone trying to crash the server , you can just kick the person , the props will dissapear and the server will be saved

F6 Menu : this displays info over players , on this menu u can type in the Steam-ID and it will allow you to check for what reason , by who , and when

if theres anymore help u need u can always ask a higher rank , if your not totally sure what to do


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

i would check the person's appeal first , if he has a good apology , and the propper unban appeal , using the template , i would check the person's warnings , if he has been warned several times for trying this , i would go for DENIED , but if he hasn't done anything like this in the past i would give him a second chance and unban him


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I would be able to help te server alot easier , being an admin makes F1's faster , and better , I can freeze players with physics gun instead of typing it , wich can save multiple lives depending on the name of the reported player , this opens up a lot of possibilities , this will not only improve the rate of me doing me F1's but it will also allow me to help the people better , if im the only staf f member online , and theres a Mass RDM'er , i can ban him , but when i am a mod , i can only warn him 4 time to get him banned for an hour , which is not the propper time for a mass RDM'er , Being an Admin will also allow me to make event's , so i can give back some of the loves i get from the players , i feel that i am ready for Admin since i have been an admin in the past , i will not abuse my powers , simply because i love Zarp , and i love helping the players of zarp , i have only been mod for 1 week , but that shoudn't behold me from being a good Admin , i hope u liked my application , and leave you feedback in the bottem so i can improve myself in th future , And as always have a nice day
