Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match known as RDM is when a player kills another player without any reason.
Scenario: An officer is tazing a wanted man and someone comes up behind the officer and RDM's him to save the person when the person saving the guy is something like a gun dealer and the wanted man is a gangster

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule known as NLR is when someone goes right back to were they last were after being killed
Scenario: Someones base that was being raided was killed and they had lots of things in there like printers and they did not want to loose them so they came back without waiting for the 3 minute timer to save there items

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is where someone told someone something by using OOC (Out Of Character) chat so they could use this to find something (Like bases or printers)
Scenario: Someone said in OOC that there was a base with loads of printers beside the PD and all the officers went and raided the base with that information

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would bring X to see what his side of the story is and if he said something like "He shot me at the bank and I died" then I would check the console for anything that would indicate that it was RDM and then I would bring Y and ask for his side of the story and if it does check out that Y did RDM X I would warn Y for RDM

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would bring X to see what his side of the story is and if he says something like "I was raiding his base and he came back just after I killed him" I would first ask X for proof to see if that happend and if he did not have any proof I would bring Y to see if I could do anything about it and if Y says he done it and all that I would give him a warning for NLR but if he says that is not what happend I would look at the console as best as I can to see if I can tell if he is telling the truth or not and if I cannot find anything to get him with I would let them go and if I did find something I would warn Y for breaking NLR

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would tell him that there are 2 chats there is OOC which is "Out Of Character" and I would tell him there is "IC" chat and I would tell him that OOC is for talking and things like that while "IC" chat or most likly known as Adverting I would tell him that it is for gang meetings or business and a few other things and if X does it again after that I would give him a warning

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
Soo, I guess I have to do this like everyone else . Well I am the founder and leader of GSquad with several staff as members, we're a rag-tag group of player with one goal - making me rich. I was personally guaranteed a moderator position by the admin Gmod Troller. He said it was like 50-50 chance that i got admin straight away. I dont know if you have like family priority but im nexizes future wife and mother to his children. So why do I want to become a mod, well I really like making people upset so I think this job will be perfect for me. The feeling when someone has to wait 40 min to have his f1 answered is what get me going. I also really enjoy banning people from things, I tried doing this in real life but turns out people get kind of mad when you refuse them entry to the super market and stuff. I have therefore chosen to hide behind the screen. Why shouldn't I be chosen - Well I cant see any reason not to pick me except the I might not be able to handle the f1s that fast because I will only be able to type with one hand

Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any superadmin for your training..
