How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
If there was a disrespectful player on a server first i would tell them to stop, if they carry on i would gag/mute them. If they carried on after that i would warn them and if they carried on even more i would get a higher ranked player to have a word with them (ban if needed).

Why I should be chosen:
I would LOVE <3 to be chosen becouse i love playing on the Zarp servers and think they are AWSOME!!! Also when i was playing yesturday there was not an admin/mod on the server and there were players letting the runners freerun. which i no is banned.

Application is rushed.
Gametrackers should lead to your gametime profile of the server.
Didn't mention the gag/mute commands.

If you could add some stuff to the two questions, id be happy. Fx. You should tell what you would do specifically if it was a disrespectful player. And you could also go more in depth with the "why i should be chosen" one.
