First i'd like to explain something:I know i have resigned from my position, But my choice was a mistake which is why i'm making this application.
Please excuse the fact that you don't see any playtime on my gametracker, While i was a mod i was used to just doing f1s and not rping which means that if i play now, i pretty much just run around, talk to people and report players pretty much. Sadly as most of you know gametracker only counts playtime if you kill someone. Details: RP Name: RedWingz Link to Steam Profile: steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198067520652/ SteamID: STEAM_0:0:53627462 Current Gametracker Profiles: Server 1- www.gametracker.com/player/RedWingz_/94.23.19.200:27015/ Server 2- www.gametracker.com/player/RedWingz_/94.23.19.200:27025/ Age: 14 Estimated Server Time: Around 400-600 Languages I speak: English, Russian(Cannot write) and Hebrew. Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random Death Match- It applies when a player has killed another player without a valid roleplay reason to do so. Scenario 1- Player X has killed player Y while player he was just walking around and player X has decided to pull out a gun and kill player Y without a valid reason to do so. Scenario 2- Player X is a hitman, player X has killed Y while he did not have a hit placed on him. Scenario 3- Player X has killed player Y for going into his shop, But player X did not have a kos sign and player Y did not do anything to allow player X to kill him, Player X did not give player Y warning to leave before killing him which means it wouldn't be a valid reason to kill him. Scenario 4- Server 1: Player X is a mutant and he has killed player Y at the fountain district, but player Y did not assault player X. Scenario 5--Server 2: Player X is a mutant has killed player Y outside of the sewers and player Y wasn't in the water or has assaulted player X. Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New Life Rule- When you get killed you have to wait 3 minutes to come back to the same district/area, forget about you previous life, people you killed and people you were killed by. Scenario 1- Player X has been killed by player Y at the fountain district, Player X didn't wait 3 minutes before coming back. Scenario 2- Player X has been killed by player Y while player Y was raiding his base, player X has came back to his death point before waiting 3 minutes until the NLR time is over and kills player Y. Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario: Metagaming- When you send IC info in OOC chat or vice versa. Scenario- "(OOC)Bob: Hey, Redwingz come to the bank, lets raid this guy!!" Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. First, I would teleport player X to me and ask him to explain the situation and pretty much what exactly happened at the time and ask to see if there's any proof of it being rdm. After listening to his story i would teleport player Y to hear his side of the story and if i get the proof that is needed to know that its rdm by what they both verbally told me, then i'll warn the player for RDM. Of course if player X had solid proof then i'll ask player Y to tell me why did he do what he did or explain the proof if it didn't show that it was clearly RDM. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. First i would speak to player X and player Y and ask both of them to explain what exactly happened, check the time difference between the kills and ask them to provide me with the location that this has happened at. Then i would ask player X to provide me his proof if he got any, if he did not get any type of proof, i would decided what to do based on the logs and the information both player X and Y provide me. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided I would proceed to tell him about rule 2.3 Metagaming, If he still continues to break that rule, i would warn him for it. I'd like to just say that in my past experience as a mod i would warn the player immediately because i assume the player already knows the rules, i'm not there to tell him to read them and follow them even tho i may do so whenever its needed, he breaks the rule, i punish him for it. i do not believe in verbally warning them in chat as it generally does not change anything at most times, and i know some players would say "but i always listen if a mod verbally warns me". Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): Okay so to start, I've been a mod on the server for 5 weeks or more, I know this is something you would say in an admin application but in this case its different. As i proceeded to learn how to handle situations the right way i was doing a good job and have spent quite a lot of time on the server doing F1s, I eventually dedicated myself to doing F1s instead of playing and used to spend 5 hours and more to just doing f1s only and unfortunately i had to deal with situations that i had to ask other mods and yes even admins to do F1(This was quite common) I want to come back to moderating the server as i did make the mistake and have resigned, i want to continue helping the community and dedicate my time to being a staff member on the server. Please excuse the poor amount of context put into the reason that i should be chosen for, i'm not good at writing such things and i try my best to write as much as possible to give a good reason to accept this application. |

Still dont agree you resigned, but then again you never know what you have until you loose it, would love for you to come back and do f1s, one of the only mods/admins I actually saw doing them...

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.
As the number of 'yes' votes exceeded the number of 'no' votes you received, you have been accepted. Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any superadmin for your training.. You need to attend a weekly meeting on our Teamspeak server (IP is 94.23.19.200), it would also be appreciated if you can click the banner in my signature and add me on steam so that we can manage the meetings more easily. Congratulations on behalf of the administrative team. |
