How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: First i would ask him to stop.If he didnt i would mute him and warn him.If he kept doing it i wouldave mute him and then warn him again ..And if he KEPT doing it i wouldave mute and warn..(this warn leads to a kick)And after that and he just kept doing it i wouldave banned him(if i were an admin)or call higher staff to ban him.

Why I should be promoted:Im a friendly guy that does know the rules,likes the server and come on the server when someone says it..I am kind to the server .And i have been a moderator for a while ..I never used my moderator powers when i cant do it..I would like to be an admin beacause i could ban rule breakers (Like hacking exploiting everytime when i say stop etc.)Even someone is my friend i wouldave slayed him or warned him or even ban him/her..I reported two of my friends beacause of admin abusing.I couldnt slay them or anything i said this was admin abuse but they didnt do anything they just did it .And after that i called an Super admin to demote them..
