Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

Random deathmatch (RDM) Is when someone kills or shoots or hurt anyone without a reason to do so. If for example i would have gone and bough a ak-47 and then i would go around and kill people. That would be Random Deathmatch or so called RDM.

New Life Rule (NLR) Is when you die you can't come back within 3 minutes. Or kill the guy who killed you just to have revenge. For Example Someone random would have RDMd me i would be unable to kill him for revenge because i would have forgotten that he killed me past life.

Meta-Gaming is when you write in Out Of Character (OOC) about something that is not out of character like u tell some1 to meet you at some place or something like that. For example if me and my friends were going to meet somewhere and i would have written in OOC instead of advert or pm.

I would have asked him why he was lying to me and i would have given him a warning, If he would have done it again i would kick him. If he rejoins and does it again i would ban him.

I would have done some research like if anyone else was there, If not i would ask where the first kill happend then second. If that were same place i would have warned the guy who have been accused for NLR

I would have told him to not write in OOC and give him a warning.

Why me? Because I have been mod/admin/superadmin on alot of servers that now is closed. And I know the rules, I have played gmod over 1000 hours and like 70% of that is darkrp. I have not gotten banned on Zarp, Not on alot of servers. I love Zarp and I really wanna help out to get rulebreakers out of the servers. And i figure that if I would be mod then there would be less trouble with rulebreakers, I play mostly on Zarp 2 and there all people think that it is to little admins/mods so if i would be mod there would'nt be as much trouble as it is with getting help when someone breaks the rules. Thank you.

Take more time on the server and try to follow the RP rules as much as possible in a few weeks when you think you have improved make a new App with more effort as a first impression is a lasting impression. Please consider this advice I have gave you.
