How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
First I would tell them to read the !motd. If they don't understand the rules try to explain them but if he continues harassing
I will gag and mute and also give him a warning. I would stay calm so things won't become worse and try to talk with other admins to make sure that he will be treated fairly.

Why I should be chosen:
I have played a lot on the Zarp servers, but often changed my name. I've had trouble with some mods in the past, but I think that everybody makes mistakes. I've changed completely and I think that I can be a good addition to the team. I can be respectful and I'm willing to listen to everybody. I've a lot of spare time so I can be online at times while other mods are offline.

Activity on Server 2 is low, but I understand since it was stuck on xtremeway for a long time, I fixed it yesterday.
I've seen you in game a lot and keeps rulebreaking at a minimum.
