I come to forums mostly to check applications for my gang. Not often until now.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Situation where killing one another serves no role play purpose.
Example: A gangster kills someone just because he feels like it, this is RDM because it serves no role play purpose. No one in real life would go ahead and just shoot somebody for no reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
How I've always thought of new life rule is like this: Say you are role playing and you die. If this were a really hardcore role play you should be banned but of course that wouldn't work really well. So instead you are revived but it wouldn't be fair that you can just go and protect your property because you are "dead", you were killed. So you have to think as though you have bee reborn and remember nothing.
Example: You are in your house and a thief breaks in, he kills you and starts going trough your stuff. You can't go defend it, you just have to wait and go in after NLR is over.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when players mix IC and OOC chats and actions.
Example: When Greg either shares IC info in OOC chat or uses OOC chat to his advantage IC.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
This depend on so many different things that can't be taken into account by this little information. For example I will handle it differently if somebody has proof or by what jobs they are in or by what the log says. Of course I'm always going to be respectful and even if I was attacked I would be full ears listening for reasoning from anyone involved before I make decisions.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would get Player Y on the scene ask him did he break the NLR if he says no I'm going to ask for proof and if no one has proof I would most likely warn Player Y for breaking NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I'll tell him to ask for in character help some other way like advert and tell him that next time he is going to get a warning.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I'm good at communicating with other players. I also feel like I can picture different situations well and understand different sides to one story resulting in fairer solution. I'm fair, I don't have a habit of losing my temper and I like to talk to people.
I like play on this server and always strive to achieve a fair and fun game for everyone and I would like to help this server improve. I hope that if I was to be chosen to be a moderator I could affect the server atmosphere in a positive way.
