Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
The term comes from when a player kills you with no incentive in a game of Role Play for example someone runs out and shoots someone in the head for no reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule is a commonly used rule. Each time you begin a new life, you lose all memories of your past life.This keeps the server flowing on a roleplaying level. It helps to prevent previously killed players from carrying out any revenge against their killer.


Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when you can be:
- Gaining knowledge from Out-Of Character.
- Using knowledge from a previously played or dead character.
- Adjusting a character's behavior towards other player characters based on real-life relationships with other players.
Example:
2 players just had an arguments with eachother outside of gmod then person X is a criminal and person Y is a cop and person Y knows that person X usually makes drug labs so he makes him wanted for no reason without any evidence, just because they dont like eachother in real life.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. First I would question what happened exactly from both sides and then ask for any witnesses. If there is a witness supporting either side x or y I will try to take action and not be too harsh since I did not see anything going on, I will give them a warning and maybe spectate them to see their further actions.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would ask both sides for an explanation and find witnesses of what happened. I would assume that the 2nd kill would be the NLR or one of the players could have went to spawn and killed them again after they just did maybe for revenge or something like that. If there would be enough evidence I would warn or kick the player depending on the severity of it, but if there would be no evidence I would try to use my best judgement from listening to both players.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided I would tell them to not use OOC since its Out-Of-Character and that is for Out-Of-Character use for example speaking about what you ate for dinner last night and not discussing any Role Play things there. I would advise him to call the cops or maybe /advert it for help. If they do it again after I told them I would warn them.


Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I have very high experience with GMOD, Minecraft and other game servers and being part of their administration. I have a working microphone and speak 2 languages (both fluent), therefore I could communicate with foreign players since I could understand their accent if they need help from an admin etc. I am very active and got over 300 hours on Dark RP itself and I can be on the server everyday for a minimum of 2 hours each time. I am a friendly person but if you raise your voice at me I will start treating you in a different way and muting you when I speak to you, forcing you to chat and not scream at me. I am kind of patient and tolerant as I always listen to two different sides and ask for evidence (I use the logs too ofc) and I am also dedicated to the server since I got about 8 of my friends to come on it.

Basically I also believe I would make a good moderator because I am active, friendly and well known around the community, I think I could assist players when other staff are not there to deal with problems such as rdm, prop killing and breaking NLR. Since I have learned the rules and enjoy DarkRP a lot now I believe me having the powers of moderator will help me put an end to these rule-breakers. I already know a large array of Moderator commands and can deal with situations in a prompt and efficient manner.

I have been on the server today and I have seen a lot of people abusing when there were no staff members online so this is why I have now decided to apply to become moderator after coming back.

P.S: I played on this server like a year ago for quite a bit but then I moved houses etc got new pc and everything then I got back into gmod recently and came back. Wanted to become moderator since there is not a lot of staff around when there needs to be. I helped get rid of 3 rule breakers including a prop blocker, mrdmer and cdmer. Please take this into notice.

Can this app not be denied straight away just because of the hours? I will earn those hours and you guys can look back at this app if possible. Thanks. For some reason my hours are not updating on game tracker. Hmm.
