If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello, Thank you for joining the Zarp staff team. You will have to Use your new powers to protect the server from player that don't want to respect the rules.You will need to know some of the commands and how to use them to do this.
/tp (Players Name/ID) This command allows you to teleport the player to the location that you are looking at.
/Goto (Players Name/ID) This command allows you to Go to the player.
/Bring (Players name/ID) This command allows you to bring the player to your location.
/Warn (Players Name/ID) This command lets you Warn a player for breaking a Rules. You should use the players ID to Warn player to avoid warning the wrong player.
/Unwarn (Player Name/ID) The command allows you to unwarn a player that was not meant to be warned or Wrongfully warned
The commands that I listed are just command that You will use mostly. You can see all the Commands in you tab menu. You can Find a players ID is the tab menu.
The F1 system is used so player can make a complaint without ruining the other player immersion. When a player makes a F1 you you will see a red square on the bottom of you screen saying that there is a F1 if you press F1 now you will see the player name and what the complaint. You click on the F1 and click Handle when you do this you are handling the F1 another mod/admin cant take it from you. In the F1 Menu you can TP the the player or bring the player from it. When you do this tell the player you are there for there F1 request and ask them what they need. the player will tell you the player that broke a rule or show you what a player did to break a rule. You must Tp the player to you and ask the player if they did what they are being accused of doing. the player will lie of tell the truth if the player tells the truth or you can see what they did warn them then tp the player back to where they were. If the player lies you must ask for proof from the person that made the f1 if the player has no proof then you cant really do anything but if the player dose have proof then tell them to send you the proof and take a look if the proof looks good warn the player then TP the players back to where they were.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I will shorten the ban to 7 days then reply to the post saying "Ban has been shortened to 7 days here is a link to the Rules. Read all the rules and when you ban is over you may come back on the server www.zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/darkr...les-updated-12-12-14"

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):\
I should Become a admin because I am a very friendly player and I like to help players that are trying to play on the server. i was DarkRP staff for about 5-6 months before I left because if family and school. I read the rules and know them very well I report player when I am on the server for breaking rules. I know when to Warn,Kick or ban a player. I get along with player very well and know how to handle them when that are mad.I have experience in F1 and RP I know when I do a F1 in someone base i cant go back a raid them because I know the base and location. I have been playing on Zarp for one year now. I know when to use my power and when not to I will not ban player from anger. I listen to both sides of the story before making a decision. Did you get permission to apply straight for Admin?

Yes I Msg DCX and he said that I can apply for Admin because I was admin before.
