Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
Firstly, I will welcome them to the bhop server and specifically tell them that they can use @ to contact any of the staff members on the server. I will tell them to read the rules carefully first at !motd. t

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
I will firstly verbally warn him to stop and if he continues, i will then proceed !gag or !mute.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
I will straight away warn them to stop using the hack or exploit and if the player doesn't stop, I will then contact a higher rank staff to deal with the situation.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
I feel that I should be chosen because at the moment on the Deathrun Servers, I've done a brilliant job in maintaining my game time throughout the whole festive holidays. In addition, I'm also well experienced with commands like gag or mute from the Deathrun Servers so dealing with these situations on the server wouldn't be hard. I also feel that during my time in the ZARP community, I've gained trust through other staff members and by giving me the moderator rank on the bhop server; I feel that I can contribute to the server even more.
