How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:if there was a disrespectful player on either of the servers i would tell him that he is in the wrong and that he will be getting a warning and telling himnot to do it again for any of the offenses

Why I should be chosen:I Think I Should Be Chosen Because I Am A Commited Zarp Player And I Have Tons Of Experience On The Server And Have Been Taking In Information About Beeing Staff From Other Members Of Staff That Is The Reason I Applied And If I Don't Get Mod Then I Will Keep Trying Thats How Dedicated I Am Thanks (No Matter What Gametracker Says I Have Been On Since Bout August)

I never remember seeing you play when I was staff back then. August seems a long way.

Now before you say, maybe because he doesn't know gag or mute and that's why he'll be trained, he even said he has ton of experience from other staff members and server and whatnot. Wouldn't he atleast see when someone is mic spamming and see a staff member gag him and warn him?

Firstly, i'll like to say that the you have a brilliant amount of game time on the server which means that u are a very dedicated. In addition, you are very friendly to other people and staff. However, you are missing gametracker 2 link so in my opinion, get the link and then repost.
Also, the disrespect player bit is quite short and not explained fully well enough about gag and mute.
