Explain how you would help someone that is new to the game mode:
Firstly I would welcome him to the bunny hop and hopes he enjoys his stay and if he wants information about the game mode and will happily tell him and give him any information like how to bhop on normal or harder. Also if I see anyone having trouble I would ask them to press F1 and tell them to lower the diffeculty to either auto hop or auto strafe.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
If I caught anyone mic spamming I would either use text chat or use my own mic and explain to them that it is against the rules and if they don't stop I would use !gag <playername> to gag the player and then point him towards the rules. Also if the player leaves and rejoins and continues to mic spam I will gag him and if aWarn is install I will warn him for leaving to avoid punishment. Also if I caught anyone text spamming I would do the same and instead of gaging them I would do !mute <playername> and point them towards the rules.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
If I catch anyone using exploits / programs to gain a advantage on the server, I will firstly give him a verbal and ask him to stop using the program / exploit and if he doesn't listen to me I will contact a higher up and ask them to deal with the situation.

Why I should be chosen
I feel that I should be chosen because I was a admin previously on the deathrun servers and I gained a good amount of respect from players / staff and I was trust by mostly everyone and I never abused my powers. Over time I feel that we can make this server one of the best bhop servers to play on. I have a good amount of experience using ULX so I probably will not need any training unless there is some new command. Thank you for taking your time to read this and hopefully you can give me another chance as a member of the staff team.

Questions have been answered correctly, previous admin on deathrun thus not abusive or disrespectful in any way.
Activity could go up a bit, but seeing as you promised that, you wouldn't surprise me.
