How would you deal with a disrespectful player? :
first I would politely tell him if he would stop for 2 times.
if he ignores/refuses my "message" I would warn him for the disrespect, Reason "Disrespecting Staff"
if the player is still going on with his incompatible actions he would get a warning/gag/mute.

Why should I be promoted :
I think I should be promoted because I've been a mod for such a long time and I think I'm finally ready to take it a step further. I know all the rules and how I should be using the commands. It has been a though time with my exams hence I only have such small game time (but I will get it up now my exams are over) . I can finnaly help people even more now example : When we're playing on atomic runs and they don't have their scythe I can respawn them I also really love playing DR on The Zarp Severs.
