Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. When one player kill another for no reason. example: subject A meet subject B and shot him in the face

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. When a player kills another player the player who have been killed must wait 3 minutes before go to the player who killed him or in the district and stop the raid/vengeance

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
When someone give "personal information" in OOC to an allie. example: player a say in ooc "player b come to my base we have to print"
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I'll ask player y why he killed player y and listen the 2 different stories and then see if anyone have proofs. If someone have proofs he will be the "winner" of the discussion

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
That's surely an NLR breaking. So I'll tell I have to warn him for breaking NLR. If he say he haven't knew it I'll say to him to read rules
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I'll warn him for metagaming (after brought him in an admin zone I mean roof with admin zone)
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words). Well.. I'm really friendly, I like helping people and solve problems and discussions. Also I play on zarp from like 3 months and I'd like to do new things. Also I help community not being a staff member doing things like tell to someone what he can do and what he can't or answer to people ooc questions
