Thanks for giving the time to have a look at my SECOND moderator application.
You guys had given me criteria on why I was not accepted last time, thank you for that.
I have taken it into account.
Because you guys are absolutely awesome, I would really like to become one of you.
So, here's my 2nd Moderator application!

Have I ever been banned from a DarkRP server?
Oh god. No, I have not been banned from a DarkRP server, but yes, I have had warnings. Please don't make that affect my chances. I have stopped getting warned now. Believe me.

Not very sure, I'd say around the 2500 mark.

Moderator stuff

Explain Random Death Match (RDM) and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match (or RDM) is when one player kills another player for no reason.
Example: If I went up to you and thought that you were stupid and kill you, THAT is RDM.

Explain New Life Rule (NLR) and give an example scenario:
New life rule-or NLR-is if/when a player dies, he has to not return to that area for 3 minutes. This is DISTRICT WISE, so if you return to the same district, you are breaking NLR.
Also, if that player dies, he has to forget everything that happened to him(where he died, when he died, who killed him.)
Example: If a Thief raids my gun shop and kills me (this is not RDM, by the way, 'cause it's a raid), and then I come running back, I am breaking NLR. Not only am I returning to the same area where I died, I am also remembering that I was killed by a Thief, and I remember that it happened at my shop.

Explain Metagaming and give an example scenario:
Metagaming is when a player types roleplay-related text into the OOC (out of character) chat.
Example: I say in the OOC chat: "Come to my awesome gun store, we sell SUPER cheap guns.". I am breaking Metagaming, because this is roleplay-related text.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y of breaking RDM, the logs show that y killed x.
I would take them both to a private area, where they would explain their sides of the story. Of course, it may not have been RDM. If there was enough evidence to show that y broke RDM, I would ask y why he/she did so. If they did not give me a valid reason, I would warn y for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: player x accuses player y of breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together.

Again, I would take them to a private area where they can both share their stories on what actually happened. If there was enough evidence, I would warn player y for NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.

I would tp player x to a private area, and explain to him what he is doing wrong. I would then warn him for Metagaming and ask him to read the !motd about it.

Why I think I should be promoted
I know I have had warnings before, but believe me, I have stopped that. I am a well experienced player who spends as much time as I can on ZARP. I will not play any server: this one actually went into me and made me believe that no sever would ever be as good as ZARP. I will always make sure I am making ZARP a rule-breaking-free server. I will not abuse my power (what kind of person makes an app to do that?)
The admins and moderators do a really great job in helping people out, I would love to be among them Keep up the good work guys.
