Explain how you would help someone that is new to the gamemode.
Well if they have only just started I would explain how to use the a, d movement and and to move there mouse in the same direction to gain speed. I would then if they can't do it tell them to spectate me or someone else on the server to see how the movement patterns work and what others do. If all else fails then I would tell them to go on you tube.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.

I would warn them and tell them to stop. If they continue I would mute or gag depending on which one they are doing.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
Tell him that it is exploiting, warn him, then take appropriate action against the exploit. E.g. Tell Redpowder or Brusk about it to make sure they know it, If it requires the player to rejoin to remove it, then I would have to kick them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).

I am a responsible person who has been with ZARP for about 4 months now and I think I have shown my worth as a admin on there and that I can handle any powers I am given responsibly. I have played on the server for a fair bit of time now considering how long the server has been open and I am okay at bhopping so I should be able to show people how to do it.

I also seem like a nice guy.
