Explain how you would help someone that is new to the gamemode.
Bhop also known as Bunny Hopping. Its a game mode in gmod, cs-go, cs 1.6, cs source. Basically its a map there you have to jump on platforms.You complete the map by finishing all the different jumps. You gained speed by jumping in specific way. When you are bhopping you don't use W to move forward you only use it to get your speed to start jumping on the platforms. The rest of moving to platform to platform is just using the A and D keys while holding your space key down. To turn left in the air when "strafing" You press A and move your mouse to the left while holding A to move. The same with right you press D while moving your mouse to the right. Remember to always hold space bar while strafing. The game mode is quite competitive since you can get high scores on the different maps. There are a lot of different maps to get records on and its quite fun to take on the challenge of being number 1.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
I would ask nicely to stop and if they dont stop after that i would give them a verbal warning. If the person continued after that i would warn the person and gag the person for 5 minutes. If the person continues to mic spam after that i would gag the person 1 last time for 30 minutes and if continued after that i would ban them for a x amount of time.
If someone was spamming in chat i would tell them nicely to stop and if they continued spamming chat after that i would warn the person and chatgag the person for 5 minutes. If the person kept doing it after that i would chatgag the person for 30 minutes. If that doesnt help either the person would be banned for a x amount of time.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
I would first tp to the person and talk to the person asking how they got there and tell them that exploitation is not allowed. If they didnt know how he/she got up there i would teleport them down to the bhop again but if the person did it again i would warn him for exploitation and if he did it again i would give him a ban for 1 day.
Depending on what exploit it was or how often the player did it the outcome would vary.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
I take a lot of time on my applications and i am social with different members of the community. I like to talk alot and make new friends so players would feel welcome on the bhop server. I am gentle when i talk to people and if they are in trouble i explain what they did wrong and i tell them not to do it again. I feel that i am mature and trustworthy enough to learn the new commands and i have alot of experience in this gamemode from before. Iv got maybe atleast 80 hours put into this gamemode from a long time ago when i played it on Cs 1.6.
I am a very dedicated staffmember and i think i can learn how to moderate on the bhop server to.
