Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I feel that i am a good mod! i know the rules and i am helpful on zarp ssrp.I've been mod in 6-7 weeks and I think I'm ready for something new. New powers and ability I'm looking forward to get the chance to become an admin on zarp SSRP

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There was this time where 2-3 guy was mass rdming at spawn and propblockin spawn with invissible props and refused to delete them i hade to warn them and they suisided; run away killd me, i hade to freeze them all. they left and comback, i was the only staff on that day, I hade to pm people on steam and try to get a admin on to ban the guys, at same time i needed proof for what they did so the admin could ban them.it would have been much easier if i was a admin then and could do it myself.

if you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
i will tell them that to be Mod u have to be mature,responsible and have good patience because you will meet people who are dissrespecfull sometimes. You are a part of the zarp comunity and You must be able to walk out of your playing time to help others and do f1's and con grats to mod.

ill explain the commands that you will be using as a mod:
F1 menu
admin request.
if u right click on the f1 you se request by name, then handle this when u press
handle this: Then u handle the f1
discard as spam /abouse: u press that when someone do a stupid f1 like admin can i get money.

Back: that are u useing when u are done with a admin/f1 sit and u tp the guy back to same place where he was before.
kick: this one are u using when u gonna kick someone and then type the reason why you are kicking.
slay: when maybe a citizen got a big gone and refuse to take it away you can slay him.
freeze: when someone running away from the f1 you can freeze him.
unban from job: when smomone get random demoted
teleport: when u press teleport the guy get tp where u looking.

Thank you for doing this unban appeal, I see this is your first ban and i band u permanently, i think u can get one more chance and change your ban to 2 weeks, if u do it again i will ban u permanently.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
First of all i have been mod for 7-8 weeks and i feel like i am ready for something new. New powers. i also think that i am a good mod and know the rules well to be a admin.I also do alot f1's and sometimes when no admins are on i have to take proof of what they did so they can get a ban. it would be a lot easier. One time it was a guy who did a lot of ming stuff and i gived him a verebal warn. then i had to get a admin to spectate him i hade suspisson that he breaking rules. when i got the admin to spectate him he got bannd a hour later for alot rulebreaking. Every thing will be alot easyer as a admin, and i know to be admin its a big step and alot more responsibility. I want to help with zarp as much as possible and I think I'm ready for it. Thank you for takeing your time and reading my app!

I'm sure you're the mario I'm thinking of but if you're not sorry. When I first started playing zarp you broke sooooooooo many rules. You raided constantly and never waited the timer, you always broke nlr, you were a very bad person when you were basing with me. I dont know how you are now but I wont forget those times.

Well dearest Olu, when you were in Zarp, he was different. I have known and played with mario for a while, and he has changed drastically. He is a great mod, always wanting to learn, and always willing to help. Mario is a very loving and friendly guy, and I believe he will do great as a admin, he earned it in my eyes.

Did everyone that supported this actually read the application? This is not an app that has been put effort into. Please read it before supporting. Even if hes nice doesnt mean that his app is actually good.
And when i was on s1 you made an excuse to not do f1s... sorry but just cause you're basing it doesnt mean you dont need to do f1s that day.

I was Alone in a glichi base hard to tp people, you where 6-7 staffs on and It where like 1 F1 every 5 min. No point of being angry about it

This happens frequently on the servers and is very dissapointing to see most members of staff ignoring the F1s.

Mario you are a great guy, but from what I have seen here is that you seem to lack on doing F1's, maybe try and focus on them and maybe you may be able to gain this rank.
