Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

I feel my time as a Moderator has improved me as a person, I have been Moderator for 6 weeks now and every week I feel I have grown, in teamworking, and as an individual. I think Admin will be just right for me as I am good at problem solving and i'm not afraid to ask questions to those who have more experience, I still have much to learn and I feel Admin will help me to learn it.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

Today, in fact, was my hardest situation of yet, A user had Encountered a Glitch - Cannot shoot his gun straight - and so after trail and error of him relogging and me freezing and unfreezing him, and countless suicide attempts, i called a Admin, They hadnt seen this either, so we did the same thing, then we called another Admin to check if he knew what to do, still, the same thing. We asked him to shoot a RPG and see if it actually does fire, it does, but it goes directly up... so we called a SA and he said Restart his game and Re download it. I feel i helped this guy, but the Admins were Superb!

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello, Before you go through your training, i'd like to say CONGRATZ!
Here are a few of the commands Moderators need to know,
[ /warn (SteamID) (Reason) - This is basicly how to warn people for breaking rules]
[ Kick - To kick people, you press [tab] and click their name (Tab Click, as i call it) then you click Kick]
[Freeze - To freeze people you Tab click then click Freeze, you then choose the time length]
[ Teleport - To teleport, you Tab click and click Teleport, it will teleport the selected person to where your pointing]
[Tp - yourself How to do this is you can bind a key to /tp and then you tp to the location you are pointing at.]
[GoTo - to GoTo a player do a Tab click and click Goto]
[Admin Key checker - find this with your Camera in your Hotbar this will check the fading door and which keypads are connected to it, it will also show how long it will stay open for.]
Instead of typing in the persons name you want to warn, please copy their steam ID via Tab Click and clicking their Steam ID, Then Ctrl + V it into your command, Eg /warn STEAM_0:0:92069122 RDM
Pressing F1 in game will show the F1 Complaints that people have made, here you can handle, and teleport to the complanie, then help them out. F6 will show a table where you can search all the warns someone has had.
If you need help, please contact a member of staff, No question is a stupid question and its better to be sure than sorry.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would (depending on how his Un-ban apeal look, decrease his ban to 5 days, and give him a verbal warning over skype/steam/TS3 about how he should not every do it again, and how it would be a perma ban if he was to do it.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I am extremely active, it is very rare for me not to be on a day, I feel I am well known on Zarp 2 and (hopefully will be backed up) a nice person, I am Lenient compared so some people as I believe in second chances, but if they cross the line, and they get on my bad side, it would be a big mistake. I do F1's frequently and i have been doing them quickly and successfully, most times when its just me on as staff, there is no F1's as i ensure everyone is well aware of the rules. I feel if I was Admin I would be able to help al those people a lot more and I believe I could play a very important role in Zarp one day. Zarp is my favorite Server, of all time, and even if get declined, I will try again!

I know i applied last week, but i don't know why, i feel that i stand a better chance this week, maybe its because i was motivated by all the new Admins that got accepted and i would like to be one, or that I felt like yolo'n' it. But honestly The feedback last time helped me and the more feedback i get, the better i can become. Thank You!

As the number of 'yes' votes exceeded the number of 'no' votes you received, you have been accepted.

Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any superadmin for your training..
